By downloading, installing, or using Savora (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Savora is a recipe discovery and meal planning application that:
- Helps you manage your kitchen pantry
- Generates personalized recipe suggestions using AI
- Allows you to save and organize recipes
- Provides grocery list management
- Offers both free and premium subscription options
3. Account Registration
3.1 Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Savora
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Free Plan
- Access to core features with usage limits
- Advertisements will be displayed
- Limits reset daily
4.2 Pro Plan ($5.99/month)
- Unlimited pantry items and saved recipes
- Increased AI recipe generation limits
- Ad-free experience
- Additional premium features
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create, including:
- Custom recipes you create
- Recipe collections
- Notes and modifications
5.2 License to Us
By using Savora, you grant us a license to:
- Store and display your content within the App
- Use anonymized data to improve our services
- This license ends when you delete your account
5.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
- Violates any applicable laws
6. AI-Generated Recipes
6.1 Nature of AI Content
- Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI)
- AI-generated recipes may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Always use your judgment when following recipes
6.2 Food Safety Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the safety or accuracy of any recipe
- You are responsible for ensuring food safety in your kitchen
- Consider allergies, dietary restrictions, and cooking safety
- When in doubt, consult professional culinary or medical advice
6.3 No Professional Advice
Savora does not provide:
- Medical or nutritional advice
- Professional culinary certification
- Food safety guarantees
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Savora app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Curated Recipes
Some recipes in our database are curated from various sources. We respect copyright and will remove any content upon valid request.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Scrape or harvest data from the App
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App
- Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
- Share your account with others
9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We are not responsible for third-party services (OpenAI, Google, Apple, etc.) that the App relies on.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for any harm resulting from following recipes generated by the App

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
